  • 1. MB Times LTD will undertake the agreed landscape gardening and maintenance work for you at the price quoted or estimated.
  • 2. You agree to pay the price quoted (estimated). Please note that with the landscaping work we provide purely estimates (meaning that the price may be subject to change due to circumstances unknown to us when estimating the price). You'll be informed of the change in price if this occurs. You agree to pay for single project within 28 days of the date of invoice. General maintenance contract fees are payable at the end of each calender month. It is a condition of work being done that all fees and charges are paid according to these terms. All charges are subject to VAT. Interest is charged at 2% on all late payments.
  • 3. Changes. If you decide to make changes to the project when the work is being undertaken already to avoid confusion and disagreements you'll be charged for these on hourly basis.
  • 4. Should you be dissatisfied with any aspect of work/services provided then written notification must be given to MB Times LTD within 7 days. Otherwise it is assumed that you are satisfied with the work.
  • 5. M. Balaz shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform the work due to illness, death, accident or third party default or for any other reason outside its reasonable control.
  • 6. Unless otherwise stated in writing these terms of business apply to any future work you give us. Your continuing instructions in this matter will amount to your acceptance of these terms and conditions of business. This is an important document so please keep it in a safe place for your future reference.
